About this aircraft
Finnair is one of the oldest airlines in the world, founded in 1923. After several name changes, it has been called Finnair since 1968.
Finnair startet to operate the Airbus short and middle range airplanes in 1999.
So OH-LVA was one of the first Airbus delivered to Finnair. This Airbus A319 had its maiden flight in 1999 and ferried to Cotswold in 2020 where it was finally scrapped.
OH-LVA was used in Finnairs European network and visited most of Europe's major cities.

Please be informed, that you order a piece of aviation history. This aircrafttag travelled for more than 1 decade around the world between +40°C and -60°C. This is why you may find dents and scratches on it. As well imperfections of paint may occur. But this is what we want to provide to you.
We remind you that this aircrafttag is not suitable for children.
Scratches are the point
This aluminium spent decades between +40 °C on the ramp and −60 °C at altitude, through rain, hail, de-icing fluid and ultraviolet light. It has dents, scratches and paint wear. That wear is the evidence that it flew - a flawless piece would mean it never did.
