Originally delivered to Volaris in 2010, this Airbus A319 later joined Spirit Airlines in 2017, where it became part of the airline’s iconic bright yellow fleet. Because of their unmistakable livery, Spirit aircraft quickly earned the nickname “Bananas” among aviation fans around the world.
Following the end of Spirit’s operations in 2026, these beautiful yellow aircraft will sadly disappear from the skies forever.
